Before you apply, please make sure you have activated your Ocean Connect account. Students must have an active Ocean Connect User ID and password in order to apply.

To access your Reference or Reviewer account, sign in with your Blackbaud ID (BBID) using the email address where you received your invitation.
If you don’t have a Blackbaud ID, select Sign Up to create one. The sign up is a one-time process. Once you have signed up, you will be able to sign in with your new Blackbaud ID.
