Central Ocean Business Association Scholarship

This scholarship has been established by the Board of Directors of the Central Ocean Business Association (COBA), in support of students who have attended/graduated from a High School in the geographic area of the namesake organization including; South Toms River, Beachwood, Bayville, Ocean Gate, Pine Beach and Forked River) who are pursuing a degree at Ocean County College in the area of business, small business management and/or a related degree field.
