Central Ocean Rotary Club of Toms River

The Central Ocean Rotary Club of Toms River would like to award a scholarship to an adult individual who is committed to using education to better their lives and that of their family and/or community. Applicants must submit a 250-word personal statement about why they deserve the scholarship. Awardees must be 30 years of age or older, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be employed either full-time or part-time.
