Frank J. Citta Memorial Scholarship Fund

Student must demonstrate financial need, genuine commitment, the highest character, integrity and concern for the community. Academically, he or she must be a full-time student with a B+ or higher cumulative GPA. Area of study should first be related to Real Estate or Real Estate Development or Appraising. After these areas are exhausted, any student who demonstrates genuine commitment to study and has strong recommendations from high school teachers should be considered. Student must be an Ocean County High School graduate.
