JF Party Dragon Scholarship
This Scholarship has been established to give back to individuals giving back to their community. Qualified applicants should be a graduating senior from a Toms River High School with 15+ hours of demonstrated community or volunteer service in the last year. Applicants shoul also provide an additional 500 word essay.
